RESIDENTIAL EPOXY FLOORS MISSOURI

Your Home Deserves a Floor Built to Last.

From garage floors to basement retreats, Surface Solutions installs premium epoxy floors for homeowners across Missouri, built to hold up to real life: oil spills, heavy foot traffic, hard winters, and everything in between. Our core epoxy, flake, and aspartic systems are 100% solids, professional-grade, and made in the USA.

Premium Residential Concrete Coatings for Every Corner of Your Property

We work with homeowners across Missouri to transform ordinary concrete into surfaces that are durable, low-maintenance, and sharp-looking. Our epoxy, flake, and aspartic systems use professional-grade, 100% solids formulas made in the USA, meaning no fillers, no water content, and no shortcuts. The result is a stronger bond, better build thickness, and a finish that holds up long-term.

Whether you're finishing a garage, upgrading a basement, or protecting an outdoor patio, we match the right system to your specific space. No guesswork. No overselling. We tell you what the job actually calls for, nothing more.

Garage Floors

Your garage floor takes a beating: vehicle traffic, chemical drips, heavy tools, and temperature swings. We apply a 100% solids epoxy basecoat, broadcast with decorative color chip flake, and finished with a high-performance polyaspartic topcoat. It's a system engineered for chemical resistance, UV stability, and decades of daily use.

  • 100% solids epoxy basecoat with no fillers, for maximum bond and build strength

  • Polyaspartic topcoat that resists UV, abrasion, oil, and road salt

  • Resists hot tire pickup, a common failure point in big-box garage kits

  • Decorative chip broadcast in custom color blends

  • Slip-resistant finish that's safer underfoot than bare or painted concrete

Basement Floors

Moisture is the number one reason basement coatings fail, and it's the first thing we address. Before any coating goes down, we assess your slab and apply a dedicated moisture vapor barrier primer when needed. That extra step is what separates a coating that lasts from one that peels within a year.

Moisture vapor pushing up through a slab will destroy a    coating from underneath no matter how good the            product is on top. We test for it. We treat it. Then we coat.

  • Dedicated moisture vapor barrier primer applied to high-moisture slabs

  • 100% solids epoxy system - no shrinkage, no off-gassing after cure

  • Seamless finish ideal for home gyms, entertainment rooms, and workshops

  • Slip-resistant texture options available

  • Works with existing concrete in most conditions

  • Professional metallic epoxy system - each floor is completely unique

  • Custom color pigment packs for full control over the final look

  • Logo and graphic inlays embedded into the coating system

  •  Seamless, easy-clean surface, no grout lines, no seam

Patios & Outdoors

Outdoor concrete takes the brunt of freeze-thaw cycles, UV exposure, and general weathering. We use exterior-rated polyaspartic as our primary outdoor topcoat engineered for UV stability, abrasion resistance, and chemical resistance. It won't yellow, chalk, or break down the way standard epoxy does under direct sunlight. For patios that are worn, pitted, or damaged we also offer professional-grade decorative concrete overlay, a polymer-modified resurfacing system that bonds directly to your existing slab and can be stamped or textured to replicate stone, slate, brick, or tile. No demolition, no pouring new concrete.

  • Exterior-rated polyaspartic topcoat UV-stable, won't yellow or chalk outdoors

  • Handles freeze-thaw cycling better than standard epoxy systems

  • Textured finish options for slip resistance when wet

  • Decorative concrete overlay available: stamps and textures that replicate stone, slate, brick, or tile

  • 30+ color options with acid or water-based stain for added depth

  • Polymer-modified formula bonds to existing concrete - no demolition required

Driveways

Your driveway is one of the first things people see. A cracked, stained, or scaling surface doesn't do your home any favors, but that doesn't always mean replacing it. Depending on the condition of your slab, we offer concrete repair, decorative overlays, and professional finishing to restore your driveway to a clean, solid surface. Whether it needs cosmetic work or a full resurfacing, we assess what's actually needed and match the right solution to the problem.

  • Concrete overlay resurfaces worn, scaled, or damaged slabs - no demolition required

  • Crack repair and surface prep completed before any finish goes down

  • Decorative stain options available for color and visual depth

  • Stamp overlay replicates stone, slate, brick, or tile for a custom look

  • Sealer applied for long-term protection against oil, road salt, and deicer

  • Honest assessment upfront. We'll tell you what your slab needs and what it doesn't

Why Homeowners Choose Surface Solutions

USA-MADE EPOXY, FLAKE & ASPARTIC SYSTEMS

Our epoxy, flake, and aspartic coating systems are 100% solids, professional-grade formulas manufactured in the United States. Unlike consumer-grade products that contain water or solvents as fillers, 100% solids coatings deliver every ounce of what's in the can to your floor: stronger adhesion, better film thickness, and a finish that doesn't shrink or off-gas as it cures. It's a meaningful difference that shows up in how long your floor lasts.

WE PREP THE CONCRETE FIRST, EVERY TIME

A coating is only as good as what's beneath it. Before any product goes down, we grind the concrete to open the surface, fill cracks with a professional polyurea crack filler (not caulk), and address moisture issues with a vapor barrier primer when needed. Skipping prep is the number one reason coatings peel, and it's the first place budget contractors cut corners.

We'll tell you exactly what your floor needs and what it doesn't. No pressure tactics, no inflated scopes.

HONEST ASSESSMENTS, STRAIGHT ANSWERS

We give straight answers and honest assessments, no hedging, no maybe. If a floor needs moisture mitigation before coating, we'll tell you. If a simpler system will do the job just as well, we'll tell you that too. We're tradespeople, not salespeople.

BUILT FOR REAL LIFE IN MISSOURI

We select coating systems based on your climate and how you'll actually use the space. Midwest winters, humidity swings, and temperature extremes all factor into what we recommend. Polyaspartic and polyurea systems are specifically engineered to handle the conditions that standard epoxy struggles with in this region.
